What LaunchBid is
- A public leaderboard where a product's rank is the number of tokens bid on it. Ranking is bought, openly, and we make no attempt to present it as editorial or organic.
- Nothing on the board is an endorsement. We do not review, vet, or vouch for any listed product.
Tokens
- Tokens are prepaid credit for use on LaunchBid only. They are not currency, not an investment, not a security, and carry no cash value.
- Tokens cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn.
- Token purchases are final. Being outbid, losing a chunk of land, or changing your mind are not refund reasons. If a payment fails to credit, email us and we will fix it.
- Free tokens from quests may be capped, adjusted or withdrawn if abused.
Listings
- Spawning a listing costs tokens. Your listing stays until you delete it or it breaks these terms.
- List things you own or represent: your website, app, store page or profile. Do not list someone else's product as your own.
- One listing per URL across the whole site.
- Not allowed: adult content, chat-invite links, malware, phishing, scams, illegal goods, hate speech, or anything designed to mislead.
- We may remove a listing that breaks these rules without a refund, and may remove any listing at our discretion.
Land on the map
- Claiming a chunk assigns it to your listing while nobody outbids you. It is a position in a game, not property, and confers no rights outside this site.
- Anyone can take an occupied chunk by paying double what the current holder paid. Losing land is part of the game, not a fault.
- Land claims also count as bids toward your listing's leaderboard total.
Accounts and fair play
- There is no sign-up: your browser holds an anonymous session. Clearing browser data loses access to that session and its tokens, and we cannot restore it.
- Do not automate, script or farm quests, or create sessions in bulk to multiply free tokens. Doing so may cost you your tokens and listings.
- Share quests are verified against the real post. One reward per person and per post.
The boring but necessary part
- The site is provided as is, without warranty. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, uptime, rankings, or results of any kind.
- We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, beyond the amount you paid us in the previous thirty days.
- You are responsible for anything you list, including having the right to list it.
- We may change these terms or the token economics as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page.
